Here are my thoughts after trying them all out for a little over a week:
Each Dermy Doc Box includes a helpful pamphlet and card, written by Dr. Fahs, that provides detailed info on the products, directions for use, special tips and exclusive discounts from retailers. The Spring Dermy Doc Box is all about prepping the skin to glow for the warmer months ahead.
Also included in this box is a laminated AM/PM skincare guide that can be kept and used as a reference while perfecting a spring routine.
Glytone – Enhance Brightening Cleansing Powder ($50.00)
I honestly thought that this powder was too good to be true; that is until I tried it myself. It honestly does all the things! This light waterless powder is non-abrasive and can be used daily. It cleans, brightens, minimizes pores, reduces fine lines and leaves my skin absolutely radiant. This is absolutely the perfect product to use first thing in the morning and I hope it gets any dullness I may have Spring ready.
Olay – Regenerist Retinol24 + Peptide Night Moisturizer ($29.99)
I’ve never used a product with retinol before, because I’ve always heard that it can be irritating on the skin and cause my sensitive skin to become even more sensitive. But this product, because of its moisturizing properties, hasn’t irritated my skin whatsoever! I’m excited to see how this moisturizer works while I sleep!
Wander Beauty – Baggage Claim Eye Masks ($26.00)
This product is geared for the jet set traveler and all I could think of is how perfect these eye masks were for a very sleepy mother of a toddler. I think I’ve had under eye bags for the last two years! I’ve never tried an under eye mask until this one and it was wonderfully luxurious. My skin felt so refreshed and brightened afterwards.
Eden Body Works – Coconut Shea Body Lotion ($9.70)
I was thrilled to see a lightweight, non-sticky lotion in this month’s box! I live in a very dry climate and go through lotion faster than I do coffee. I love the light scent of coconut and the Shea butter makes this lotion incredibly hydrating.
Ren – Glow and Protect Serum ($68.00)
This was the item I was most excited to see in the Dermy Doc Box! I used to use an inexpensive vitamin C serum years ago, but it just fell out of my skin care rotation once it caused some irritation and once it expired I never replaced it. So I think now more than ever I could use a product that can even skin tone and reduce the signs of photoaging – plus Dr. Fahs included a note that this vitamine C serum shouldn’t cause any irritation!
Dermy Doc Box Review Spring 2022 – Final Thoughts
It is always such a treat when I receive my Dermy Doc Box each season. Dr. Fahs, a board-certified dermatologist is so incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciate that she shares her tips and tricks in every pamphlet. This month she even included a laminated AM/PM Routine and ‘Tips from the expert’. I absolutely trust the doctor with my skin and I can’t wait what she has planned for us next!
Have you had the opportunity to try out this fantastic box?
